Hello! You can call me Mich! For as long as I could remember, I’ve always had a passion for beauty since I was young. I remember cutting my own hair and doing my own nails and makeup since the age of 9. Before I got into lashing, I dipped my toes into various industries but never felt fulfilled. I started working in the restaurant industry when I was 16 and became a manager at the age of 18. I was a dental assistant, salesperson, junior loan processor, server, receptionist for a Lasik office, and even worked as bud tender. I DID EVERYTHING. Sometimes I would even work 2-3 jobs at once. Because I grew up in a low income family, I always had the drive to be successful and to take care of my family. When I saw that eyelash extensions were becoming popular, I knew I had to try it out. (I was also tired of wearing my false lashes.) After I got them done, my life changed forever. I immediately knew I had to become a lash artist! Getting lash extensions definitely made me feel special, and I wanted to make other women feel special too. I absolutely love what I do. When I entered the lash industry in 2017, I had a dream of opening my own salon, having my own product line, becoming a trainer, and building a team of lash artists. In 2021, I achieved those dreams and I feel so blessed for the success of my business!

Hello! My name is Daisy. Prior to joining the beauty industry, I graduated from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a joint emphasis in Accounting and Finance. I have always had a natural curiosity in learning new skills and expressing creativity in different forms. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, baking, and traveling. In July of 2019, I took my first training class with Michelle and I was not a “natural” by any means. Although I struggled, I continued on to take Michelle’s Introduction to Volume course the following December. After taking over a year long break, I decided to pick up a pair of tweezers and instantly rediscovered my passion for lashing. Being in the beauty industry has inspired and challenged me in every way possible to be better. As a licensed esthetician and certified lash artist, I aspire to make my clients feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. Seeing the confidence instilled in clients after receiving a service is motivation enough to make me strive at perfecting my craft. Alongside the talented team of boss babes at Lash N Dash Beauty, I hope to continue this journey of growth to provide only the best services for our clients!
